Aja Schiller is a summa cum laude graduate of Walter State Community College, earning her degree in Applied Science with an emphasis in Surgical Technology. During her internship at Jefferson Memorial Hospital, she assisted in a wide range of surgical procedures, gaining hands-on experience in the operating room.

After graduation, Aja accepted a position at East Tennessee Children’s Hospital, further developing her surgical expertise. She was later recruited by Tennessee Donor Services, where she managed an operating room team during organ recovery and donation procedures. Her leadership and clinical skills led her to her current role with Lions World Vision Institute, where she serves as a Donor Coordinator. In this position, she works closely with physicians and hospitals to evaluate potential donors and facilitate life-saving donations.

Through this business, Aja’s goal is to create a lasting legacy for her children while building a life that allows her to spend more meaningful time with her husband and family.

Adam Schiller proudly served four years in the United States Army as an Airborne Infantryman. As a paratrooper with the 173rd Airborne Brigade Combat Team, he conducted both mounted and dismounted combat operations and served in an advisory security role for foreign personnel. He later continued his service with the 82nd Airborne Division, where he was a Team Leader with 1-73 Recon. Adam is a decorated combat veteran and Purple Heart recipient.

Following his military service, Adam transitioned into entrepreneurship by founding Dynamic Custom Holsters. He also worked as a self-defense and firearms instructor, teaching basic and advanced courses to civilians. Expanding his expertise in security, he later served as an Executive Protection Agent with Blue Line Security, protecting presidential candidates, media figures, and high-profile individuals.

Through this business, Adam’s goal is to build a lasting legacy for his children while creating more time to spend with his wife and family.
